Statute

§1 SUBJECT MATTER OF THE REGULATIONS

1. The Regulations shall apply to the premises of Aparthotel Residence 1898 and concern all those staying in it.
2. A lessor of apartments shall hereinafter be reffered to as the „Hotel”, while the lessee is called the „Guest”.
3. The hotel reception employee is the guest’s guardian.
4. The regulations hereunder define the rules for provision of services, liability and for staying at the hotel. They are an integral part of the agreement concluded by signing at the check-in card or by making actions, from which the intention may be inferred, in particular by making a reservation and/or an advance payment or full payment for the stay at the Hotel.
5. The regulations are available at the hotel reception, in every hotel room.

§2 HOTEL DAY

1. Apartments in the Hotel, hereinafter referred to as “room”, are rented for days.
2. The hotel day starts at 14.00 and ends at 11.00 the next day.
3. If the Guest did not specify the length of stay at the time of renting the room, it is assumed that the room has been rented for one day.
4. A request to extend the hotel day should be made by the Guest at the reception, not later than 10:00 am on the day of the ending stay. The hotel reserves the right not to extend a stay in the case of abscence of all accommodation places(rooms) as well as when guests do not comply with the applicable regulations.
5. The Hotel is authorized to refuse to prolong the Guet’s stay at the Hotel if the Guest has not make a full payment for the stay by the time of the request.
6. Extending the hotel day involves an additional fee. Detailed information is available at the hotel
reception.
7. If the guest does not leave the apartment by the scheduled check-out time, the guest may be charged for an additional night.
8. If a guest leaves his or her belongings in the apartment on the day of check-out and is absent until the agreed check-out time, the hotel reserves the right to pack the guest’s belongings and store them at the reception until they are picked up by the guest.

§3 BOOKING AND CHECKING IN

1. In order to be checked-in, each Guest decalred to be in the the same apartment must individually present an identity document with a photo and sign a registration card.
2. The hotel guest may not transfer the room to To a third party, even if the period for which he has paid the due payment for the stay has not expired.
3. The Hotel may refuse to accept a Guest who Had grossly violated the hotel regulations during the previous stay, causing damage to the property of the hotel or other Guests, or injury to another Guest, Hotel employees or other people staying at the Hotel, or otherwise disturbed the peaceful stay of other Guests or the functioning of Hotel.
4. The hotel reserves the right not to accommodate the Guest without giving a reason.
5. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card or collect the amount due for the entire stay, while making the check-in procedure.
6. Additional payments resulting from the stay are paid by the Guest no later than on the day of departure.
7. The Guest will be charged for the phone calls made in accordance with the hotel price list and the amount will be added to the Guest’s final bill.
8. If the Guest leaves the Hotel at an earlier date than the guaranteed booking agreement, the difference in costs will not be refunded.
9. If the Guest does not arrive at the Hotel by the date specified in the guaranteed reservation agreement, the Hotel shall not refund the advanced payment made.
10. The hotel has the right to collect a deposit upon check-in, in accordance with the price list, which will be refunded upon check-out if no damage will be found in the apartment.

§ 4 SERVICES

1. The hotel provides services of a standard consistent with its category. In the event of claims against the quality of the services provided, the Guest is requested to report them to the reception as quickly as possible so as to allow the Hotel Staff to react immediately.
2. The hotel is obliged to provide:

  • Security of stay and protection of personal data
  • Professional service In all services provided by the Hotel
  • Room cleaning, necessary repairs of broken devices during the Guest’s absence, or during the Guet’s presence, only on request.

3. Upon the request, the Hotel provides the following services free of charge:

  • Providing information related to the stay and travel
  • Wake up call at the appointed time
  • The hotel may refuse to accept luggage on days other than the date of the Guest’s stay and luggage hat does not have the characteristics of personal luggage
  • Taxi procurement
  • Rental of an iron and ironing board for use only in designated areas

§ 5 HOTEL RESPONSIBILITY

1. The Hotel Guest should notify the hotel reception about any damage immediately upon its discovery.
2. The Hotel is not responsible for theft of money, theft, damage or destruction of securities, valuables or items of scientific or artistic value.
3. The Hotel is not responsible for damage and loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest.
4. The Hotel is not responsible for items and animals left in a vehicle, regardless of whether these vehicles have been parked in the hotel parking or outside the hotel premises.

§ 6 GUEST RESPONSIBILITY

1. Children under the age of 12 should be on the premises of the Hotel under constant supervision of legal guardians. Legal guardians are financially responsible for any damage caused by children.
2. The Guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of the hotel’s equipment and technical equipment, caused by own fault or due to fault of people visiting him, including unintentional fault.
3. The hotel reserves the right to charge the Guest’s credit card for the damage caused after his departure, and in the absence of card details, the hotel has the right to claim financial compensation from the Guest.
4. Upon the occurence of any faults or damage in the room, the Guest is obliged to inform the receptionist or floor service employee about it.
5. In the event of a breach of the provisions of the regulations, the Hotel may refuse to provide further services to the Guest who has violted them. The guest is obliged to immediately comply with the Hotel’s requests, settle the amount due for the stay and possible damage, and to leave the Hotel.
6. For safety reasons, the Guest who leaves the room should always close the window, turn off the TV, turn off the light, turn off the faucets, lose the door, and give the key to the receptionist.
7. The hotel has a statutory right of holding a lien on items brought by the guest to the hotel in the event of delay or failure to settle the bill for the services provided.

§ 7 RETURN OF LOST ITEMS

1. Personal belongings left in the room inadvertently by the departing Guest will be sent back to the indicated address at the Guest’s expense.
2. If the Guest does not provide the Hotel with instructions regarding the return of left items, the Hotel will store the said items at the expense of the owner for a period of three months, and after this period they will have become the property of the Hotel. Food products will be stored for 24 hours.

§ 8 NIGHT SILENCE

1. The quiet hours in the Hotel last from 22.00 p.m. to 07.00 a.m.
2. The behavior of guests and people using the hotel services should not disturb the peaceful stay of other guests. The hotel may refuse to continue providing services to a person who violates this rule.

§ 9 ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS

1. Due to fire safety, it is forbidden to use open fire in the room, e.g. candles, heaters, electric irons and other similar devices that do not constitute room equipment.
2. We accept only one pet in the hotel. The keeper of the animal is obliged to read, sign and strictly comply with the regulations regarding the stay of animals at the Hotel. Regulations can be found at the reception. The owner is responsible for any damage and contamination caused by the animal. The cost of the animal is in accordance with the price list.
3. Smoking is forbidden in the Hotel. In the event of a breach of this regulation, the Guest will be charged with the costs of refreshing the room (in accordance with the price list). If the fire protection system is activated and the fire brigade arrives, the Guest will also be charged (in accordance with the price list).
4. It is forbidden to possess and consume narcotic drugs forbidden by law in the hotel. If it is found that this prohibition is violated, this fact will be reported to the Police and the Guest will have to immediately leave the Hotel without the right to reimbursement of the costs resulting from the shortening of the stay at the Hotel.
5. It is forbidden to store dangerous items in hotel rooms – weapons and ammunition, flammable, explosive, illuminating materials, etc.
6. The guest agrees to the storage and processing of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 101, item 926, as amended) by Hotel Residence 1898 based in Warsaw, Marszałkowska str. 72 for the needs of the Guest’s stay at the Hotel, the Guest’s use of other services provided by the Hotel. The guest has the right to inspect their personal
data and correct them.
7. It is forbidden to conduct acquisitions and door-to-door sales on the premises of the Hotel.
8. It is forbidden to make excessive noise in the hotel, cause unpleasant odors, or other things that disturb, harm or irritate other hotel guests.
9. Guests are not allowed to make any changes to the hotel rooms and their equipment, except for a slight rearrangement of furniture (sofas, chairs) and equipment, without compromising their functionality and safety of guests.
10. All complaints regarding the stay should be directed to the hotel management in person or sent to the e-mail address: biuro@1898.pl.
11. The court competent to settle disputes between the Hotel Guest and the Hotel is the court competent for the headquarters of Apart Hotel Residence 1898.

Price List

1) Stay of animals (of any type) for an additional fee of PLN 60 per day,
2) Extra bed or additional bedding for an adult – PLN 100 per night, for a child (up to 12
years of age) – PLN 60 per night,
3) Additional bedding (e.g. the duvet only) – PLN 50 per night,
4) Additional cleaning – PLN 100,
5) Additional cleaning ap. 405 – PLN 150,
6) Deposit for app. PLN 405 – 500 (refunded upon check-out),
7) Late check-out until 2 p.m. – half of the hotel day,
8) Late check-out after 2 p.m. – cost of the entire next hotel day,
9) Lost magnetic card – PLN 50,
10) Penalty for smoking in the room – PLN 500,
11) Arrival of the fire brigade due to the guest’s fault – PLN 3,000.
