Residence 1898 is located in the very center of Warsaw, in the historic Taubenhaus tenement house built in 1898. It is 500 meters from the Centrum Metro Station and there is free private parking on site (No reservation possible). We offer 24 serviced apartments for long and short term stays ranging in size from 50–70 m². They are elegantly decorated in light, warm colors. Each apartment has a seating area, an office area and a bathroom with a shower or a bathtub. All apartments also have a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining area. Our Residence is located 800 meters from the picturesque Royal Łazienki Park and 1 km from the central station, which makes it an ideal place not only for individual or business clients but also for guests from the nearby embassies.
